Tanks Tubs VDP - for pasteurisation of milk, dairy

Baths of long pasteurisation VDP are designed for heating, pasteurisation and cooling of milk, sour-milk drinks and other milk mixtures, normalisation and preparation of starter. The VDP long-term pasteurisation bath consists of an inner casing made of stainless steel, enclosed in a double-walled outer casing. The product is heated by means of steam supply into a jacket pre-filled with water.

The water level is fixed and is determined by the height of the overflow pipe. The product is cooled by supplying ice water into the jacket or into an optional coil welded to the inner vessel. The coil is mounted on part of the vessels and can be customised.
