Triple Cascade Pull-Up Bars in Vandal-Proof Design for Outdoor Fitness

It is an all-welded structure with a total length of 4108 mm. It consists of four vertical support pillars and three horizontal crossbars located at a height of 200 mm; 1000 mm; 1300 mm from the base surface. The length of each crossbar is 1200 mm.

The heights of the four vertical support posts are: 350 mm; 1150 mm;1450 mm;1450 mm; 1450 mm. The vertical support post is a steel electrically welded pipe with a diameter of 108 mm, wall thickness 3.0 mm. GOST 10704-91.

Steel grade St3sp. Pillars have elliptical steel plugs made by stamping method and meet the requirements of GOST 17379-2001. Elliptical steel plugs are welded to the ends of the posts in the upper part, the seams are cleaned, there are no gaps.

The vertical support poles can be concreted to a depth of 500 mm. In the concreting part, steel angles of 45mm x 45mm size are welded to the vertical support posts on two levels. The angle piece complies with GOST 8509-93.
