UM Hammer Mill - Ideal Plant for Grinding and Transporting Raw Materials

Milling unit (hammer crusher) of UM brand is designed for grinding of vegetable and animal raw materials with humidity from 6 to 14%, for grinding of dried flour and transporting flour to pneumatic conveyor. It consists of two units: a mill and a fan, connected by a shaft and mounted on a common frame. In the mill there is a rotor mounted on the shaft, which is a welded structure of discs and cage, the discs have holes for the axles on which the hammers are located, mounted through the bushings. The fan is a welded casing with diameter holes for the installation of armour plates. On the outer wall, on the bearing side, a gland packing housing is welded to prevent the product from escaping.
