The pulse counter "SIPU" (hereinafter - the counter), is designed for use in systems of automated collection, control and accounting of energy resources (ASKUER). The pulse counter has 2 inputs designed to measure the number of pulses from various energy meters. The measured values are transmitted by the counter via RS-485 interface.
