Automated laser technological installation model "Svarog-2" (hereinafter referred to as the complex) is designed for laser hardening, welding, cutting, marking, cleaning, surfacing.
The laser welding complex functions as a single unit and is controlled by CNC system. Design features: 1) Laser radiation source, 2) refrigeration unit with independent cooling circuits, 3) optical head with welding and cladding module, 4) industrial 6-axis robot, 5) CNC system, 6) two-axis positioner, 7) cabinet protection (the operator is reliably protected from reflected laser radiation, molten metal spatter and moving parts of the complex.
