Automatic Resistor Matching System ML5-2 for Precision Resistor Applications

The ML5-2 machine is designed for laser fitting of resistors, realised by automatic positioning and installation of each of two probes on contact pads of GIS or substrate with subsequent fitting of resistive structures according to the specified coordinates and cutting path.

Processed materials: fitting of resistors made by thin-film or thick-film technology of GIS resistors on standard substrates made of polycor, sitall or ceramics.
