Description

The cooker on a stand, without a frying cabinet, is designed for heat treatment of products in the naplitnaya dishes in the kitchens of catering enterprises. The upper module with 2 burners (heating elements of spiral type burners) is mounted on a stand. The burner power is regulated stepwise by setting the burner switches in position I, II, III, which corresponds to the burner heating modes: weak, medium, strong. The burner mounting points are universal, which allows, in the process of operation, to install burners with spiral heating elements or burners with heating elements in the form of heating elements.
