Description

The cooker with a frying cabinet is designed for heat treatment of food in platen dishes and in the chamber of the frying cabinet, in the kitchens of catering companies. The upper module, with 6 burners, is installed on the roasting cabinet, to the left of the cabinet is a neutral compartment closed by a door. The burner power is regulated stepwise by setting the burner switches in position I, II, III, which corresponds to the burner heating modes: weak, medium, strong.

The roasting cabinet chamber, made of carbon steel, is wrapped with thermal insulation and closed with a door. The door opens from right to left. Lower and upper heating elements are installed in the chamber.

The lower heating elements are covered with box-shaped bases. The upper heating elements are open. In the chamber, on 5 levels, GN2/1 trays (530x650mm, depth from 20 to 200mm) can be installed.

Switching on and off the lower and upper heating elements is done by corresponding switches. Temperature regulation of the lower and upper heating elements is made by corresponding thermoregulators.
