Disk Trier Grain Cleaner TDK-6M for Efficient Grain Purification

Purpose: Trier disc pupa picker TDK - 6M, capacity 6 t/h, is designed for cleaning grain from short impurities that differ in length from the grain of the main crop (for example, pupa and other similar in shape and size seeds of weeds). It is used at grain cleaning departments of mills and at other grain processing enterprises. Design features: the grain mixture enters the working compartment of the trier. Rotating metal-polymer discs, made of wear-resistant polymer composite material, by means of cells on the side surfaces extract fine impurities from the grain mixture and are removed by a screw into the waste tray. The grains of the main crop remain in the working chamber and are poured into the clean grain tray as they are filled. Advantages: the content of the main grain in the waste is not more than 2%, suitable for cleaning of any grain crops, compact, vibration-free operation.
