Triangular Separator Block R1-BBT-700-16 for Efficient Grain Purity

The trier unit R1-BBT-700-16 is designed for separation of impurities differing from the grains of the main crop by length. The impurity is divided into short (kukol, buckwheat, crushed grain) and long (oats, straw). The trialling unit separates both short and long impurities.

Technical productivity on wheat with average nature 750-780 g/l, moisture 12-15%, tonnes per hour, not less - 16,0. The trier unit R1-BBT-700-16 consists of two cylindrical triers located above each other: the lower one - R1-BBO-700-16, oat picker and the upper one - R1-BBK-700-16, pupae picker, having individual drives. Moreover, the upper trier is turned at 180° in relation to the lower one so that its material outlet covers with two spigots are located above the covers of the receivers of the lower trier.
