Food Mixer DVAК M-400 for Curd and Other Food Products (200L Capacity)

Mixer DVAK M-400 for mixing curd masses and other types of raw materials that increase their volume during mixing, designed for loading raw materials 200 litres (standard 200 litre trolley). The agitator body, screws and bowl are made of stainless steel. The bowl has smooth, easy to clean internal surfaces, with no gaps, gaps, protruding bolts or rivets that make cleaning difficult.

All parts in contact with dairy products are accessible for cleaning, washing and sanitising. The agitator has 2 gearmotors, for each screw separately, through which the agitating screws are rotated. The rotation of the augers is possible in forward and reverse direction.

The bowl does not need to be tilted. Accelerated unloading with two augers. The safety of the agitator is ensured by a grid on top of the bowl.

The augers can be spiral or paddle augers. Optionally available with: frequency controllers, touch screen control panel, loader.
