High pressure cylinder (HPC) with loop steam flow, including: cast outer casing of HPC with horizontal split. The outer casing is mounted on welded bearings; the inner moulded casing of the CVD with horizontal split with flanging; the moulded CVD shells with flanging; the one-piece high-pressure rotor (HPR). Steam distribution of the DDC is nozzle, steam supply to the DDC is made through two blocks of high-pressure valves, consisting of one stop and two control valves.

Valve blocks are located on both sides of the turbine. The flow section of the DDC is of the reactive type and consists of one regulating stage and nineteen reactive pressure stages. The regulating stage and ten pressure stages located in the inner casing form the left steam flow.

The remaining nine pressure stages are located in two cages and form the right flow.
