ILIST-L Direct Laser Cultivation Unit

A high-precision industrial robot is used. For the movement of the grown product, a two-axis positioner with a load capacity of up to 500kg. Growing products with diameter up to1300mm, height up to800mm and weight up to300kg.

Metal powders of weldable steels and alloys of fraction40-200 microns. Continuous powder supply with controlled mass flow rate, error not more than +/-0.3g/min. Up to 24 hours of operation without powder refilling, production of bimetallic and gradient blanks.

The width of the roll can be set in the range from 1 to 3 mm. A set of interchangeable powder nozzles providing CMM at the level of 60-80%. Processing with "horizontal beam" is possible.

The complex is based on a 3 kW fibre laser, which ensures absence of macro-defects at production rates up to 1kg/h (on alloys with density ~8 g/cm3). Installation with hermetically sealed cabin (protective atmosphere of argon oxygen content not more than 500 ppm).
