Magnetic Compensating Device for Welding MCR-1 - Eliminate Magnetic Blow

Magnetic fixture for eliminating the effect of "magnetic blowing" during welding. If necessary, several magnets can be installed. After welding the weld at the point where the magnetic field has been compensated, the magnets are repositioned further along the weld.

MKR-1 is a U-shaped magnet system with a slot size for pipe centring. Unlike cast magnets, it has a more stable demagnetisation performance. The MKR-1 is adjustable for selecting the right parameters for quick and effective elimination of magnetic blowing.

Unlike electric pipeline demagnetisation devices, it does not require a power source, making it indispensable in the field.
