Magnetic Sealing Console KM-450 for Fast Leak Repair in Pipelines

Magnetic sealing device for rapid repair of leaks from pipelines and vessels. A magnetic cantilever holds the patch at the leak location. Installation takes seconds, unlike clamping, which is very important when leaks occur during the transport of toxic or hazardous substances. The cantilever can hold the patch for as long as it takes to carry out preparatory operations before repair work (shutting off gate valves, organising outlets, evacuating the contents). The devices are firmly mounted on cylindrical surfaces due to the chamfer on the working surface of magnets, the magnetic field is switched off by turning the lever, locking against accidental disconnection.
