Description
Finishing washing of optical parts UO-30 PM provides semi-automatic process of one-sided washing of optical parts surface by sequential hydro-mechanical and megasonic processing, followed by removal of droplet moisture by centrifugation. The washing process is carried out automatically. Loading and unloading of processed optical parts is carried out in manual mode. Features: <ul> <li>- hydromechanical cleaning of the surface of optical parts by brushing with deionised water;</li> <li>megasonic cleaning of optical parts surface with deionised water;</li> <li>finish rinsing of optical parts surface with deionised water;</li> <li>removal of dripping moisture by centrifugation;</li> <li>performance of cleaning operations in any sequence;</li> <li>real-time process control;</li> <li>software control of brush height and pressure on the treated surface.</li> </ul>
