R65 Switch Type 1/11 for Safe Train Track Transition on Concrete Sleepers

Designed for transfer of rolling stock from one track to another. It is used on the main tracks of railway lines with mixed freight and passenger train traffic and speeds of passenger trains on the straight track up to 140 km/hour. Design features: transfers: separate fastening; PC terminals; pads with flanges; with subsequent welding of rail joints in the track by the aluminium-thermite method; switches: flexible shackles with welded rail ends; PC-type terminals; welded pads with pads; U-shaped spring terminals; roller devices; crosses: prefabricated with rail whiskers and shortened cast core made of high manganese steel with rail ends welded to its rear end; counter-rail made of SP850 corner
