Description
The instrument is designed to analyse nucleic acid samples using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method and real-time detection of the accumulated product (real-time PCR). The instrument can be used for both qualitative and quantitative PCR for the following types of research: -detection and quantification of pathogens -Biocoenosis analysis -genotyping -Gene expression analysis A wide range of kits with optimised protocols have been developed to work with the instrument and in addition there is a flexible algorithm for creating new protocols. The instrument can perform up to 384 assays per run and is the optimal solution for laboratories with high flow rates. The instrument has 5 detection channels
