The instrument is designed for research of nucleic acid samples using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method and real-time detection of the accumulated product (real-time PCR).
The instrument can be used for both qualitative and quantitative PCR for the following types of research:

-Gene expression analysis
A wide range of kits with optimised protocols have been developed to work with the instrument and in addition there is a flexible algorithm for creating new protocols.
The temperature gradient function allows the optimisation of amplification conditions, the instrument can perform up to 96 assays per run and is the optimal solution for laboratories with medium research flows
