Description
Semiautomatic blowing machine PV 60 is designed for the production of containers from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) preforms by preheating and blowing, with a capacity of up to 30 litres. The equipment set consists of a power plant and a furnace for preforms heating. The design includes the possibility of infrared lamps radiation power smooth regulation and smooth regulation of the chain conveyor speed. Smooth regulation of the furnace electric drive speed is carried out by means of a phase-frequency converter. Automatic maintenance and control of the parameters of the heating and blowing process is carried out by a programmable controller.
