The platform of model 13-6851-04 allows to transport wheeled and tracked vehicles, large-capacity containers and tank containers for non-hazardous goods of 1EEE, 1EE, 1AAA, 1AAA, 1AA, 1A, 1AX, 1CC, 1C, 1CX size with gross weight up to 36 tonnes, as well as specialised containers with gross weight not exceeding 40 tonnes. Application of T3 class absorbing apparatus in the design of the wagon model 13-6851-04 gives additional possibility of transporting containers and tank-containers with dangerous goods.

The platform car design ensures fatigue resistance throughout the entire service life - 40 years.
