Drying cabinet SHS-32-2V 32-level with two doors, located vertically relative to each other is designed for drying herbs, fruits, vegetables, berries, pasta, meat products, as well as the preparation of pastilles and yoghurt at catering enterprises. The cabinet body consists of two independent from each other chambers, each of which has two fans located in the rear part of the chamber. The fans provide an air flow that is evenly distributed between the shelves of the chamber.

Each chamber has its own control panel, which allows setting the time timer and temperature of each chamber individually. As heating elements the cabinet is equipped with heating elements, which together with fans provides uniform heating of the chamber. The cabinet has a temperature regulation in the chamber from 30 °C to 85 °C, and in case of emergency stop of the fans the installed emergency thermostat protects the cabinet from overheating above 120 °C.
