High Precision Turning and Thread Cutting Machine 250 ИТВМ.Ф1 for Enhanced Productivity

The machines of 250 ITVM.F1 and 250 ITVM.03.F1 models are equipped with digital indication device (hereinafter referred to as DCI), which allows to increase labour productivity due to reduction of auxiliary time for trial passes, for measurement of details. The use of digital indication device facilitates the turner's work by eliminating calculations and the need to memorise the limb revolutions. The machines are designed for a wide range of turning operations and allow to perform the following operations: boring and countersinking of technological holes, cutting off parts having the shape of a cylinder or cone, working with end surfaces, chamfering, boring of parts, selecting grooves, drilling, cutting, as well as cutting various types of threads (metric, inch and modular).

The accuracy class of the machine is B according to GOST 8-82. Modification 250ITVM.03.F1 has an increased distance between centres, which is 750 mm.
