Description

The machine is designed for machining with a cutter under cladding and after cladding, grinding with abrasive wheels, lapping (finishing) with cast iron lappers sealing surfaces of bodies, wedges, discs flange wedge and parallel gate valves. The machine is equipped with a special stand for processing wedges and discs of gate valves. The machine is operated by two electric drives - main motion drive (spindle rotation) and tool feed drive. The machine is controlled by a free-standing control panel or a duplicating remote control. The delivery set of the machine includes interchangeable toolholders, toolholders and cutters.
