Part of water steam turbine T-121 high pressure

The project of modernisation of Turbine T-100-130 consists in replacement of units and parts of the turbine working at high temperatures and exhausted resource, and includes the following types of works:
- replacement of the complete CVD;
- replacement of camshaft distributor;
- replacement of stop and control valves;
- reconstruction of the front bearing unit assembly;
- replacement of the DDC flow assemblies, including new rotor SD and stator flanging;
- replacement of thrust bearing liners;
- replacement of the bearing liners of the SR rotor;
- replacement of two safety valves on the lower heating extraction pipeline with one safety valve;
- replacement of pipelines (with necessary fittings) of the turbine itself in the amount necessary for installation of new supplied equipment to replace the dismantled one;
- replacement of turbine cladding.
